Terms & Conditions
All bookings made through the ‘Acuity’ booking system, social media, in person or through email enquiry are bound to the same Terms and Conditions.
Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of an appointment start time incurs the full fee of the appointment.
Students or clients must arrive to their appointment on time. If a student or client does not arrive within 10 minutes after of the appointment start time, Flockstars will assume cancellation, incurring the full fee of the appointment.
There are no refunds available. However, lesson credit will be given for the full amount paid, and a reschedule of the appointment can occur within 12 months of the booked date. If you are within 24 hours of the appointment time or arrive to your appointment 10 minutes late, this does not apply. If a reschedule needs to be arranged within 24hours, the full fee is still liable even with illness.
It is not the fault of Flockstars if a mutual time cannot be rescheduled.
Monthly Subscription payments are due the 1st of each month and lessons must be used within the month. Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime before the last day of the month. If cancellation is not requested before then, clients are still responsible for the full payment.
The booking system adjusts to the timezone you are currently in. Please ensure that the booking is made in UK time and not another time zone. If your booking exists for a time that cannot be accommodated, there will be no refund or reschedule available.
Flockstars reserves the right to refuse services to a student if any teacher or coach should feel threatened or unsafe.
If a teacher or coach is ill, and cannot attend the session, you will be emailed and a rescheduled appointment will be put in place.
